But for fucks sake, if they do recycle a very large portion of the game then they should spend those saved work hours adding more content, or making the game cheaper, instead of rushing the game out so they could hit the holiday rush. It's not a matter of them using the same engine, that's a given. It's the fact that so many things made the transition from XY to ORAS completely unchanged. Not only that, but plenty of classic features were removed completely in favor of short lived and often gimmicky additions. Ie. Berry Mixer, Battle Frontier, menial amount of new megas, safari zone, trainer hill, gym leader rematches, mirage island; and all gone for sneaking and a flying minigame.
