Mexicanfag here, got mine yesterday by homepass and already distributed it within all the university and at some stores.
I'm currently on homepass, but I haven't had much luck running into streetpasses

You can use it every 8 hours.

You have to connect your 3DS before the mac change

Once you have the NZ@McD1 network set up create a new connection in your 3ds when looking for the access point it should give you the virtual network

I absolutely hate the way they're doing it in the UK.

Giving the EON ticket to 15 people then making the only way to pass it on via Streetpass so you have to keep your fucking 3DS on all the time wherever you go and just hope you get one eventually otherwise you've got no chance of getting Latios/Latias.

Had that problem a couple of days before

Try deleting all network connections that you created, sorry it's in spanish but i hope you have no problems following the pictures

Click on 1, then on 2 and delete the connections in the third screen related with homepass
(attwifi, NZ@McD1)
Then restart your machine and create NZ@McD1 from scratch

This fixed the problem for me, hopefully it works for you

My sibling is among the 15 winners and they come home tomorrow so I can streetpass.
