I'm going to say it'll be Zeta Emerald. You'll be able to travel to Hoenn after you beat Kalos champ, BF will be there, Mega Flygon, Mega Milotic, Mega Froslass, etc. After that, it'll be Red remakes with following pokemon, customization, and an in-game Mew event like Deoxys'.

I seriously doubt they'll go back to Kanto. after the past two remakes being in Kanto.
they never made a game specifically for the 10th anniversary so I doubt they'll drop everything just to do a remake to commemorate that.

You find the papers saying shit like that in the shipwreck's hidden rooms.

There is also a shitload of nuggets, 4 normal nuggets and 8 big nuggets, as well as a mega stone in the storage room if you manage to get all of the room keys and search the last room

Have to incorporate Zygarde into it. I'm not really sure what's in store for it, it has two unreleased moves but it doesn't necessarily mean two games for it. It'll definitely get a mega though, for being the "order" pokemon it has 80 less BST than Xerneas/Yveltal.

It's not just to commemorate 20th anniversary, Kanto needs a remake to make it interesting. Look at what they did with Mauville, it just used to be another generic city but they made it interesting. People will buy it for nostalgia factor alone.

I personally hope to see two games that intertwine Kalos and a hoenn stories.
after the events in X/Y and the whole Kyogre and groudon shenanigans I can easily see those events disrupting the Ecosystem.

maybe that will bleed into the story of the next games?

Kalos and Hoenn aren't that far apart, in the demo a swimmer says he's going to "swim back to Kalos" so it can't be that far. A water route connecting the two regions would be very fitting.
