Is mewtwo even that good anymore?

With other legendaries getting mega evos and having great abilities to boot Mega Mewtwo doesn't seem that good since they decided to give it a shit ability in order to "balance" it out only to give Mega Groudon Kyogre and Rayqayqay op as fuck special abilities....
