Gengar and Zapdos are fine, give Zapdos Volt Absorb or something.

Starmie is making a comeback but it'll need something broken like Protean to get it's original 'usuable on every single team ever' status back it had in RBY/ADV/DPP and arguably BW.

Not sure what Snorlax would need, make it a fairy type.

The king can take a long ass break from OU if you ask me though.

Give him Simple and Cotton Guard. One turn of set up and he's at +6 Def with base 110 Sp. Def.
Or he can go on the offesive with Curse. Again, one turn of set up and he's got a Swords Dance and Iron Defense under his belt.

Simple snorlax would be a monster.

1 curse would fix his defensive issues and he'd hit like a truck and all you need to do is switch him in on a special attacker and he's all set. Chuck the fairy type on like you suggested and give him play rough.
