All those sounds are used, but not like that. The reason is probably that the game is trying to pull data from the Pokemon cry table, but it since it appears to be corrupted this happens.

i had an item called ??????? with no ID or info once on my emerald. I cloned it, and made a pokemon hold it and tried to transfer it using my friend's pearl through pal park, and the game just froze. can no longer use pal park on that game. i'm sorry friend
