Also given your search level, its not as bad as it once was in terms of IV.

Speaking of which, where is the IV rater guy?

It's possible to get over 3 perfect IVs, the radar just shows a max of 3.

If you're going for stats+pallette might as well make it perfect. It can also take less time.

Not hard, just do something else like watch TV or write a paper while you're doing it. It requires like 4 seconds of attention every minute.

In the end it's probably as time consuming as chaining if you add up all the fuck ups.

SRing is the equivalent of chaining. 3 perfect IVs minimum, but for SRing there's a consistency and it takes zero skill.

slightly unrelated but caught potentially my first shiny (i think, my recollection of Sapphire and prior is pretty bad) the other day, got an Eevee.

leaning towards shiny Espeon. thoughts? Shiny Sylveon and Umbreon are also pretty cool

Any other Anons going to test this out? I got a dexnav shiny on wednesday, but it was on a very low chain and search level.

I might give it a shot with chatots as well. Not sure if there's any other good chaining spots.

Is the chain broken if the game automatically makes other Pokemon pop up even though you're not DexNaving them? This happened twice and both times the Pokemon I was searching for went from level 17 to 15 even though I didn't start a battle with it

it fucks with the IVs, abilities, moves, and levels of random mons and also implements some sort of chaining sequence because level goes up as seen in that dude's video

i think the dexnav is meant to be this game's friend safari, so the shiny rate with the dexnav is most likely better

Just had my 70something chain of Swablu broken because of this retarded sneaking mechanic.
