When you were a kid Winona did the same exact thing except replace Cotton Guard with Dragon Dance. I ended up having to skip over her and grind on Mt.Pyre to beat her.

lmao. I played set no XP share no in battle item use and I only died once before the E4, to Groudon when trying to catch it in a premier ball. Wasn't overleveled either. My pokemon were lv50-56 for the E4.

I just fought Winona last night. I beat her Altaria with a couple Curses and then predicting when she would Roost and using Earthquake. Wasn't too hard.
