Depends on the type of berry. Most take 24 hours to grow, but some take longer. And watering doesn't affect the time to grow them, but if you water your plants right, you will get more berries from one tree.

You can trade pretty much any starter for any pokémon bar legends stupidly easily.

I was too lazy to catch the last few mons I needed for my oras oval charm in X and bank them over so I just threw up some extra starters I had up and had the oval charm within an hour.

If you are talking about the normal mirage areas, they dissappear at midnight, and you get a new one. For the legendary ones, they disappear/reappear based on certain conditions.

You can get to secret meadow/secret islet through specific duve spots on the water routes. Check for a small square dive patch.

I think there were some Gen 5 event exclusive Pokemon with their HAs like Defiant Piplup and what not but I think for the most part almost every HA is available in Gen 6

The 1st daycare is west of mauville. The 2nd daycare is in the battle resort.

I didn't play X or Y but I just got Alpha Sapphire. From what I understand, Super Training is just EV training without leveling up your Pokemon correct? Does that mean if I want to have the Pokemon on my team right now be as good as they possibly can I have to grind these tedious minigames over and over until they're maxed out? I guess this is better than EV training but it's also pretty boring, is there any faster way of doing it or do I just have to chin up and grind through them?

If you don't care for aesthetics, use it on Deoxys.
Rayquaza has a higher catch rate than Deoxys so it's easier to catch (and would be a waste of a Master Ball).

All your items are fine, they are put back in your bag as soon as the pokemon is deposited. It's only destroyed if you have x999 of an item. You can send over your battle items using the GTS, while all the mega stones are obtainable in the new games without having to trade.

I caught an Absol recently with 31 attack IVs but a Bold (-atk nature). Is this as tragic as it seems? I don't really know how much IVs matter compared to how much natures matter.

Well if you want a bulky special attacking dragon, m-latias is really good. It's bulkier than the slug and gets calm mind, roost, stored power, and a few decent coverage moves.

Yes, the base rate doubled from 1/8192 to 1/4096.

Not sure what the shiny charm rate is, but if it is just doubled the gen 5 rate, it's probably around 1/682. Don't quote me on that, though

For anybody trying to beat Lisia or trying to get the Glass Ornament, Shuppet/Banette, Duskull/Dusclops/Dusknoir, Spiritomb and of course, Smeargle, all learn Spite/Curse/Destiny bond/Feint attack which when combined with the right scarf and maxed contest stats (Feed the mon rainbow pokeblocks until all 5 stats are maxed) make any contest easy. Maxing all 5 contest stats with the right scarf gives more initial appeal than Lisia gets. Just hope she doesn't Mega-evolve her damn Altaria.

Yeah, HA skrelp can be traded to XY now. I would go with max HP. Unless you are really aiming to outspeed something specific, speed is useless on it. You could probably split between HP and def/spdef if there was something specific that you wanted it to survive. Otherwise, max HP and spatk is probably just fine.

it all depends on what you plan to do with said latias, hardy nature does nothing to stats, with its top two being sp. def and sp. atk (in that order). If you plan on training it for its stats then I'd say probably not. If you're using it for the story and post-game it doesn't really matter unless you plan on having super powerful IV/EV pokemon.

This is gonna sound really dumb but I haven't EV trained in years, but if I'm understanding this correctly:
The power items give the regular EV yield of a pokemon + 4 of whatever stat. Lets go with speed
Do you get that value for every pokemon defeated in a horde? So say you fight a horde of 5 mons that all give one speed with a power anklet, you would get 5 points of speed for each mon defeated for a total of 25 at the end?

Any reasonable explainations as to why people are calling oras easy mode? I'm a little over halfway through the game and thus far haven't been handed a Lucky Egg. No Amulet Coin. No prize money/price down powers. I've nearly gone broke a few times now due shit catch rates/bad luck with catches. Items in general aren't being handed out like candy or hidden throughout the world (for example a pokemon of mine got poisoned and when looking for an antidote saw I didn't have one... and never did in the first place) which is extremely contrary to how XY did things. Haven't been handed a single free pokemon yet either. Not calling these hard or even moderately difficult but the freebies seem drastically toned down.
