I really feel you, OP, I was able to make Castform work so I'm sure we can figure something out with Spinda too.
I think I saw a strategy long ago where 2 Spindas used teeter dance in succession- there aren't any moves that deal extra damage while the enemy is confused is there?

Confusion damage is based off the pokemon's attack. This is why swagger is so potent, because it raises the damage they do to themselves.

Swagger is one thing, but if I were OP, I wouldn't be too fond of buffing the opponent.
Obviously, Teeter Dance would be most effective in doubles, so OP, set your matches to double battles, maybe pair your Spinda up with Lilligant/another Spinda/Anything else with Own Tempo, and maybe something like Pursuit?

Castform is one of my faves too, so I'm proud to see someone try to do something with it. It's gotten a bit better now though, thankfully, yeah.
So Double Battle, Contrary + Assist, teammate with something to abuse that, Teeter Dance + Lilligant?
It's funny to see sometimes when a Pokemon has little chance in Singles.
