Speaking of which, I don't know how well-known this is, but most of Serebii's original staff were BMG moderators who he scooped up during the site's unstable period. His site was the spiritual successor to Bulbagarden, just like Bulbapedia later was. It's fascinating how deep the history between the two goes.
