I only have the multi-battle one, and I only have it because the chantelaine's scarf lando's focus miss lived up to its name and missed my greninja. Steven is way too good as a partner.

How are you even supposed to do rotations? Do you just send out mega kanga and PuP+Return your way to victory or do you actually switch pokemon every turn?

I'm only doing it for power items.

wish is a great move in rotation, because wish passing is incredibly easy in rotations (use wish, rotate to other mon and use protect). in general you want to avoid sweepers like greninja that rely on coverage, as your coverage moves will often not hit their intended targets. you're better off with offensive pokemon who have good neutral stabs, like ghost/dark/dragon/normal (which naturally includes megamom, who is good in every battle mode). screens are really nice too, as you don't need to waste a turn to go to a sweeper (just rotate), but keep in mind you're not necessarily safe behind them as crits ignore them.

tl;dr best overall strategy is to set up a sweeper with a good neutral coverage move, with help from support moves like wish/screens, then just smash through everything with little or no concern as to what your opponent rotates to.
