Greninja can actually hold an item to make up for the lack of power. Sanic-fast megas can afford running damage boosting natures since very few can outspeed or speed tie them. Look at Modest M-Zam and Adamant M-Aero

Mega Sceptile fits a good niche as a fast Grass Type attacker, and it's Speed and coverage make it a beast to deal with. Sure it's garbage if you compare it to broken crap, but it's pretty viable.
