Sorry for starting a new thread but I can't find a questions general thread and this should hopefully get answered quickly.
If I use a stone to evolve a Pokémon can I use a heart scale once the evolution has passed a certain level to relearn a move its pre-evolution would have learned.
For example, if I evolve Roselia at level 35, can I use a heart scale on Roserade after it reaches level 46 to teach it Synthesis or do I have to just wait until that level then evolve?
