How would one go about using the Nuzlocke challenge in ORAS?

I'm not counting any of the Pokemon you can sneak in as the first pokemon in the area. Also I'm using the pokemon center just to restore pp, I'm only going to restore health with items, but I don't know if that will be possible during the entire game.

you're worse than the "it's a shone i need shone" scum, just do your pretend nuzlocke and make sure to keep your exp share on and not to have it on set and to spam pots when you're in a rought spot

I meant I'm not counting them as the first pokemon on the area you twat. I have the exp share off but why wouldn't I spam potions if I'm in a rough spot? I'm not usin pokemon centers so they are not going to be infinite, if I keep getting in rough spots and using them they are going to be gone
