Just got the Eon Ticket today, and I thought I'd SR for a Shiny Latios in my AS file.
Two questions come to mind:
> Can he shine? As far as I know, only Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza might be shiny locked, but I haven't seen anything on the Eon Duo.
