no it's not lol don't be dumb - they're using a 3ds farm, it just randomises the IVs for no reason to make things more difficult

IVs and PID haven't had correlation since gen 4

Not sure about ORAS, but XY had codes where you could make a fake wonder card with any Pokemon on it. From there you can modify IVs, EVs, experience, and shininess.

Alright, I'm willing to accept I was wrong.

However I won't deny that when talking about it on /vp/, powersaves is usually seen as the save editor you plug into your computer, while action replay is the cart you put into your system.

They just use the 3ds farm to resign the save files, everything else like the file editing is probably done on a server, and thats why they have a "code engine" and a "save engine"

Well it's just a guess. Before Datel patched it, you were able to partially decrypt your save file and edit it, then use powersaves to resign and inject your edited save file.

haha they touch the IVs for no reason, that's hilarious. There's no correlation between PID and IVs in gen VI, so if they're touching the IVs at all it is specifically to fuck with their userbase.

It's a problem with the hardware being shitty quality. Also, if you're running Windows 7 or 8, try running it as an administrator and in compatibility mode for Vista SP2. It helps.
