No, because you still need to get correct IVs/Nature, EVs could be reset since gen 3, so yeah.

Yup reseting the EV's affects the pokemons IV's, nature, moveset and shiny chance but only it you have a team with eggs and pop it into the microwave for 7 seconds per egg, remember the game needs to be pluged in and on, using the Microsuda method increases the likelyhood of hatching a shiny by 75% it also increases the chance of getting 6IV's by 55% and being orn with egg moves by 70%.

heres Omega Ruby patch for version 1.2

Patch updates several typo's and give the Battle Ticket (Used for a wifi event to access Battle Frontier event out in April) several graphical glitches, enables Microsuda method of breeding and adds a clothing stall in the market area, adds Flygonite game file but it won't be accessable until april, hacking it in has no effect at all.

I found the clothing stall I had to set my game date to January 3 2015 then it shows up once a week from the looks of things but you can't buy anything yet looks like it may need a second update.

Finish all the basic super training routines (the ones with scatter bug). This should allow your pokemon to randomly find punching bags. Next, clear out your bag slots and furiously tap the screen for like ten minutes. Watch porn or something. You should eventually find a reset bag.

Tell me when the game allows you to change natures, introduces HA capsules, items that edit IVs and gives egg moves to any Pokemon that has egg moves.
