Or anything really over 70 base speed at +1.
Jolly only saves you until 80 base speed at +1. So you can still technically outspeed Dragonite after a Dragon Dance, Scarf Gardevoir, Dragon Dance Altaria, Scarftran, but you'd have to already be mega

The power is useless if you just get fucking killed right away. You need to speed creep.

Only ever go for +Offensive natures on sweepers if you don't speed creep anything even mildly threatening AND you end up securing OHKO's or 2HKO's with the nature. Otherwise, it's almost always speed.

Only ever go for +Speed natures on sweepers if you can't outspeed the top threats AND you end up securing OHKO's or 2HKO's with the nature. Otherwise, it's almost always power.

And not having enough Speed is useless if you're too slow to outspeed things you would with Jolly.

Mega Beedrill clicks U-turn 99% of the time and then cleans up once things are weak enough. Go Jolly. If you use Adamant you're actually retarded.

Well beedrill should be U turning/switching out on threats it isn't sure it can't KO, and with the shitty damage rolls it's usually safer to just opt for the u turn.

Personally I say Jolly with 140 speed EVs, that way you outspeed base 130s then the last 114 EVs can go into defense so that it can potentially take some weaker priority attacks. Or sp def. because beedrill has slightly acceptable special bulk so it could probably take a neutral special attack if it had to

Before ORAS, there was little trouble running neutral speed nature on base 150 because the only thing to outspeed was Manectric. Now with Sceptile roaming around, it's a different story. It's less and less safe not to run max speed. Not to mention positive 145 base lets you outrun some ~80 base scarfers, which is VERY important.
