Fujoshi, in Japan and the West, do like to see men having sex, but they are usually skinny, elegant pretty-boy types. There's usually some strange inner conflict of the main character ("I shouldn't feel this...!" "how could I love... a man...?" type things), and the dominate males in the yaoi-series tend to be over possessive and/or obsessive.
Yaoi = gay-men-comics written by women, for women.
Bara = gay-men-comics written by gay men, for gay men.
The term Bara actually comes from a gay mens magazine from decades ago called barazoku (Rose Group) which featured mostly masculine/muscular, gay men.
