I had a box I never transfered. Then when my trial period ran out, I deleted Pokebank and transfer. Now, they're all gone.

of course not, poke bank's real purpose is a future proofed pokemon transfer system to eliminate any issues between different handheld systems. as things are now, there's no reason they can't keep using it with minimal effort to gen 69 and beyond, all while getting that sweet 5 bucks a year from everyone.
