As much as I hate them because they kick my ass, I also love them because it's just such a confusing counter. Everyone giggles when one shows up, then disconnect from the match when it ends up beating the shit out of them.

I can actually understand why that might seem like a bad idea given that it works against Sturdy and it's low HP, but you want more power. And being able to Roost off the damage and recoil makes it easily worth it.

Holy shit I have to try that. Usually I use Ninjask counter for it and it works fine. If they have a bunch of dark or Darkrai on their line-up I'll throw it in. Otherwise I won't use it at all because.. well.. Ninjask is surprisingly disappointing.

Adamant. Jolly Beedrill is just overkill speed. Adamant hits like a truck. If you can trump using bug, adamant U-turn will kill and give you another mon and takes the beedrill out of the line and be nice and safe.

You still want to EV train for Speed and Attack, but yeah.. No need for Jolly. It's not often you'll find something faster then mega beedrill that'll kill it.

Which is why you mega and protect first turn, so then you can get the beedrill the fuck out of the way of that. Then it's ready to glass cannon the instant that Garchomp is taken care of. Garchomp is really the only problem I've come across with megabeedrill. Have another useful mon that can take care of Garchomp and you'll be golden.

Usually when it comes out to another player that speaks english they go strictly for it in doubles because they think what ever it's going to do will OHKO them. Pairs well with a glass cannon.

With the new ORAS tutors it gets Aqua Tail, Iron Tail, Low kick, and Superpower. ATM I run
StoneEdge/Earthquake/X-Scissor/Knock Off but Bug isn't the greatest coverage (though useful when I'm not forced to gamble on Stone Edge) so I was considering swapping it out for one. Feeling like Aqua Tail or Low Kick.

Wait is there some kind of new strategy or moveset people just found with Porygon-Z? I've been using it on XY Battle Spot Singles Ranked for months since it's my favorite Pokemon but I couldn't find a way for it to work reliably in that vicious pseudo-OU environment, whether scarf or specs or double dance.
