Essentially, the highest and lowest stats are switched. If there are two of the same stats, let's say 140 atk and 60/60 defenses, it changes to 60 atk 140/140 defenses.
Currently the best SW'ers are Regice, Lucario, Electrode, Blissey and Qwilfish.
Let's create some gimmicky sets or other shit that's good.
