I liked the Pyramid and Pika as well.
The Dome was visually cool, although it was just a reskin of the Battle Tower.
The Palave can burn in hell though.

Battle Dome was my favorite because the bracket gave it that anime-tournament feeling. I loved looking at the other trainer profiles.

Factory and Pyramid are really cool too.

Not really into the Palace or Arena.

I wouldn't really say the Black Tower/White Treehollow were remakes of the Pyramid, though all three of them are GOAT and share some similarities. In the Pyramid you were leveled down to your opponents level and you didn't get any money or experience.
