The fastest Gen 1 Pokemon, electrode, is NU, and the 3 that are typed for second type (Aerodactyl, Jolteon, Mewtwo) are NU, low OU, and Uber. Also some of the strongest Pokemon in the game (Chansey, Exeggutor, Lapras, Golem, Rhydon, Snorlax) are very slow. There's nothing broken about Gen 1s crit mechanics.
