>>22028439You NEED Return. One of the things that makes Lopunny so good is the fact that it's almost impossible to wall with resistances, because nothing resists Scrappy Return + HJK. Without dual STAB moves, a bunch of things can wall Lop, and it's not nearly as effective.
Keep in mind that a neutral Return hits slightly harder than a super effective elemental punch, so coverage isn't needed unless you're hitting a 4x weakness with Ice Punch.
Return = 102 base power, + STAB = 153
Ice Punch = 75, + 2x effective = 150
TBH I'd replace Fake Out. Drain Punch is incredibly useful, especially if you're taking on Ferrothorn. You'd get loads of utility from a move like Encore or PuP.
Two more things, you also need a Jolly nature, not Adamant. There are too many things between 369 and 405 Speed, and the increased power isn't worth losing 100% to those mons.
You said free stats. Do you know that a mon gets its stat boosts as soon as it Mega Evolves? Not the turn after? Just checking.
