Need recommendations on an electric type to use in ORAS as I'm lacking anything to really kill water or flying types.

Electric would be good as it counters skarmory and gyarados which i kniw two of my friends use and they lo6vd paralysis shit. Surely there's a better option than manectric or magnezone/magneton
