Is it just a sound engine test or something more than that? Perhaps it was meant for something big and it was scratched off?

You can glitch pretty much every track in RBY and make it sound like shit (spooky shit that is).

I've seen some theories about it being the female rival theme but I dunno, it's speculation. Maybe it's nothing special. I mean, it was THAT buried in the games, files, they found about it like 17 yrs later.
