Look at Absol, it isn't evil, but it's association with disasters is enough to make it dark type. Gothorita kidnaps children and Gothitelle cries over it's trainers impending death. How is this not dark by definition?

And Psychic would still be it's main type, too. Like how Scrafty is more 'evil' despite being a fighter
