What can I do to improve this team ? I always wanted to make a rain team and Mega-Swampert was just the thing I needed to start making it. I know I made some mistakes here and there so no need to bring your ebin meme arrows.

Swampert's EV spread is definitive, 156 with Adamant nature lets it outspeed Timid M-Sceptile in rain. I might replace Rain Dance by Superpower since I don't find myself using it a lot.
The main pokemon I'm not sure of are Latias and Zapdos. Zapdos can learn Defog, HP Ice, Roost, Heat Wave, Rain Dance, and I just don't know what to use to make it optimal.
Latias' EV spread is Smogon approved, yes

I want it to go as sanic as possible. I didn't bother to find what scarfed pokemon should be outsped with a precise EV spread, plus it isn't bulky at all physically speaking so it's not some HP EV's that will change anything.

When rain isn't up, to kill some faggots like Ferrothorn (I hate this fucker, that's why I always have at least 1 HP Fire in my team).
And it's always good to have a secondary STAB. It's not like Talonflame would use something instead.

I don't see what the Endeavor on Politoed is doing for you. I'd replace it with Perish Song just so it can get walls like Ferrothorn, Chansey, and Mega Sableye to fuck off faster.

And definitely replace Rain Dance on Swampert with Superpower. You could maybe replace Hidden Power Fire on Latias with Rain Dance since you won't be taking out any Steel types in the rain with it anyway.

Perish Song seems interesting, and I didn't really know what to put, Politoed is really here just to bring rain. HP Fire on Latias is when rain isn't up (which will happen since it's not permanent anymore) to surprise Ferrothorn/Scizor switch-ins thinking I'm only running the standard Draco Meteor/Psyshock
