I need a Sandstorm setter and don't know if I want to go for Tyranitar or Hippowdon since what I've got done all have defensive investments. I don't want to overdo it on the defensive front.

I'm thinking about using Mega Aerodactyl or Scizor. Both are fast, benefit from Sandstorm, and can deal some damage to things that are hurting the rest. (Especially Gardevoir). Additionally, Scizor allows Nidoqueen to use Sludge Wave with impunity.
Nidoqueen and Krookodile have playtested really well. I need stuff that complements them.
