Anyone else think it would be perfectly logical for Nintendo to do events for these two for ORAS? Jirachi being the only Hoenn mon you cant catch and Manaphy having never been given away in a main game.

They gave us the movie battle of Rayquaza and Deoxys, who is to say they won't give us the movie combos of Groudon/Jirachi and Kyogre/Manaphy

Since there's a pic of Shelly and Archie with jirachi in team aqua's secret base, is there an equivilent pic in team magma's base? Is it just jirachi there too or a different legendary?

ORAS was fantastic. The Maison is the same thing as the Battle Frontier but just with seven different gimmicks, it's more busy work and I don't see why people didn't buy the games just for that.

I think the bigger issue is that Japan gets fucking everything due to how big pokemon is and all their centers and shit while the rest of the world just have to pray, or cheat.

That said I have a Jirachi from 2012 just sitting in my bank and you can sorta easily get them from GTS as it is available there.

Speaking of GTS, the retarded restrictions make no fucking sense and have no logic. Jirachi, Darkrai and Diancie are allowed, Meloetta, Keldeo and others aren't.
And all those fucking shiny legendaries that are so obvious non-legit with retarded impossible requests. Now I made myself mad over GF's incompetence with GTS again.

One thing that confuses me about the pic is are Archie and Shelly supposed to be the same age? Because he's clearly a lot older than her. Or was he maybe an older kid and it just wasn't specified. Would have made more sense if it was Shelly and Matt, they look close in age.

Since X/Y? Since the moment the restrictions are gone, GTS tends to be filled with them. See Hoopa for the brief day it was available.

There is currently an event going on in Japan where you can get all three. I don't know, if that stopped them not being trade locked since they now have pentagons too. It started this week if I remember right.

I think Jirachi seems likely, but it'd have to be for something. If they do a promotion in the TCG in the near future with Jirachi I can see that happening.

I'd really love for them to hand out a Manaphy Egg again instead of just Manaphy. I suppose it shouldn't be too hard to make a mirage island for the event for you to go and get it, or just have that as the distribution.

Groudon and Kyogre will probably appear in the movie next year with Hoopa, so those two might get a distro I suppose for the opposite version + Hoopa.

Manaphy is in desperate need of one, but I don't think they'll just be "here's a manaphy". it has to be for some promotional event.
