Where can I find a leaf stone in ORAS?

I hate the way gloom looks and love the way vileplume looks.

Also, I'm having a tough time deciding what grass I want. Don't know if I want to use the leaf stone on my nuzleaf or my gloom.

Would it be worth raising a Roselia up?
