So I figured out that you can run from the Eon Ticket Lati@s and it'll still be there for you to encounter.
My question is, is it the same exact Lati@s when you re-encounter it, or is it different? Maybe GF made it like this so you can 'SR' for it faster? Has anyone tested this?
