Not sure how to explain it. I'm not moving my hand or wrist, I'm kind of shaking my whole arm which makes this rattle like movement. I don't really know how to explain it and don't know if that makes sense.

I do the same thing, but I find it very hard to do consistently. When I try vibrating my thumb, it freezes up sporatically. I probably do at least 12/second when it's vibrating, but the inconsistency makes me overall pretty bad.

Yeah, I was pretty sure that 80 was impossible and not sure if it is actually humanly possible to get those 75, also, these buttons are small and I swear it doesn't register every press sometimes.
