Naive with Leaf Storm, Knock Off, Sucker Punch and a filler between Defog and Sword Dance.
If full SD then Jolly with Seed Bomb insead of Leaf Storm.
Classic 252/252 for the SD, drop some attack or speed EVs from he Leaf Storm and move them ibto Sp.Atk.

It's not exactly fast bit it does usually join the battle to revenge kill or force a switch, Adamant is a fair alternative for the Jolly, might even run some HP then.

Depends on the rest of your team. If stealth rock or any other kind of entry hazard is particularly effective against your team, then defog is useful to have. It's also one of few defoggers that isn't weak to stealth rock itself.

Oh yeah, and it's faster than Bisharp, who's the most common switch-in to defog (because of defiant). Shiftry resists sucker punch, and can outrun and OHKO with low kick. Shiftry also does well against Milotic, who is sometimes used as a defog switch due to competitive.

Then just grab something that shits on Fighting-types since Heatran and Shiftry are both weak to it. Possibly some Fairy-type since they don't care about Knock Off spam either, which is something that most Fighting-types tend to do.

Azumarill. Resists ice/fire/fighting/bug, while Shiftry can handle Azu's grass and electric problems. They're both weak to poison, though, so keep that in mind.

And when we combine these, we get Shiftry/Azumarill/Heatran core. Heatran also happens to be immune to Poison, which is the only weakness that Shiftry and Azu share.
