I loved gotcha force as a kid because it was basically pokemon with virtual on gameplay, but playing it now and there's just too many flaws that are hard to look past

You know, part of being successful in Pokemon is to make your opponent think you're doing one thing and then you turn around and do the other.

Having multiple megas on your team makes sense in VGC/WiFi, where you just choose part of your team to use each match based on Team Preview. In 6vs6 it's just retarded though. May as well give the alternative megas a useful item and still leave the opponent guessing, since nobody's going to scout you on Showdown.

Do you lack reading comprehension or something. Like, did you NOT see the words "with POTENTIAL megas"? Meaning, he'll have a team with Slowbro, Garchomp, and Tyranitar but only Slowbro is holding the megastone, but the opponent has no clue which one of them actually HAS the megastone.
