I have 4 of these Torchics left. They don't have more than 1 IV, and it's not guaranteed to be a completely worthwhile stat. Just garbage mons like Zigzagoon or some other crap will do. I'm relatively new to breeding, so if you want good IVs you probably can do much better with that than I did.
