Funny, I had a similar experience.
I drew and still draw today, but back in the day i obviously sucked ass. I created my own set of catchable monster things but they ended up being either really badly drawn rip offs of gen 1 to 3 pokemon, some retarded original creations and some digimon/yugioh rip offs. I believe i made 900 of them.
Anyways back in the first generation of what I called "creamon"(combination of creature and monster....yeah) I made three rip offs of the regis, same type and what not. They also had a fusion form where they combined into one big ass triple elemental golem. It was called
hymenlem. hyper elemental golem. Thank god I never showed this shit to anyone, my uncle once laughed himself a hernia when i tried to explain that the big ass spike on a beetle monsters gooch i drew was a stinger, not a goddamn pecker
