Can't seem to find any info on this, are there any ramifications for time travel in ORAS? Like if I set the date on my 3ds forward a few days? And then back?

Yeah no, what they're saying is, even if you time-travel to Saturday, the sale won't happen that day because you messed with the clock.
So I guess you could travel to Friday and wait day, but you're still waiting at least a day.

I did this awhile ago, daily ribbons and the clearence sale work if you fuck with the clock but the daily secret base shit and mirage locations won't work.
