The thing is that you need to beat the computer many times, while they just have to beat you once. Each time the player wins because of RNG, it's counted as normal and irrelevent. Each time the player loses because of RNG, it's counted as shocking and awful.
It is usually possible to almost entirely bypass any potential hax if you completely wreck every opponent before they get a chance to attack (and if you use sup-100 accuracy moves, you're just an idiot) but people expect it to be a fair 1vs1.

Only downside is, GameFreak would have used their Facility RNG and Teambuilding like they did with the Subway and Maison, so you'd be getting absolutely destroyed by pure bullshit, especially in the Factory.

I don't have a problem with it. I have a problem with how GameFreak was too lazy to make an actual AI, so they just made them read your inputs and change the RNG to favor the opposing team at most times, on top of throwing oddball Pokemon made just to counter your team that you'll be seeing at least 5 times in a row until you finally drop or change your team to something else.

Then how the fuck do you explain the AI not being affected by Paralysis/Confusion a majority of the time, while in my case I'm constantly getting shat oh by that and Flinching combined?
Don't even get me started on how the OHKO Moves always hit for some reason.
