resetting rayray and other legendaries

so I've been resetting raquaza for quite a while now and the one I have right now is Jolly and it's IVs are
HP 22
Atk 31
Def 31
SpAtk 20-21
SpDef 31
Speed 31

Is it a keeper? Also, post the IVs of the legendaries that you have resetted for or are resetting for.

You're never using your Special Attacks and the lowered HP doesn't make any significant difference, so yes go keep it and just kill Deoxys already

Get powersaves OP. It will save you a lot of head ache and heart break when it comes to IVs and natures.

At least I want to reset for some acceptable stats.
It wont make me feel so bad about using powersaves. Are Pokemon that are changed with Powersaves officially legit?

Indeed it is. Holy fuck I just got Jolly with 31 in HP, Attack and Speed.

I also got Timid Latios with 31 in SpAtk, Speed and SpDef.

ust dont be a fucktard and put it into a cherish ball/give it an illegal ability/ give it mvoes it can normally use/give it ivs or evs outside of normal boundaries and your golden
