I'm trying to complete a living Pokedex. What's the best place to get experience in ORAS? I need somewhere that I can train over and over again in the same day and I need to be able to do it with a single Pokemon (and none of my Pokemon can solo the E4 easily yet).

Lots of the mirage islands have wild audino which is great for exp. They change daily but it's just a case of finding another island that has them the next day.

Go fight these girls every day.
Put them in your Secret Base and fight them daily. They all have Blisseys holding Toxic Orbs that only know Healing Wish.

This and random trainers, the rematches give a good chunk of exp and are faster to complete than the league.

Also don't forget to farm lucky eggs from Pelippers using the DexNav. I suggest you to get a Talonflame:
>Flame body
>Fly
>Thief (for lucky eggs, scales etc)
>Acrobatics (nice damage, if you get it to lv100 you can just use him to train 5 shitmons and complete the dex faster)

Blissey bases and mirage islands if you're just grinding to get a pokemon high enough to evolve. E4 works better if you need to evolve a pseudo-legend though since you don't need to switch pokemon frequently or wait a day for the blissey trainers to refresh.

I find that Talonflame, Parasect and Tropius are the best utility pokemon out there. I use Talonflame for hatching (fly/flame body), Parsect for catching (spore/false swipe/thief) and Tropius (sweet scent/fly) for EV training.

I've just been transferring Pokemon over to X for Cafe Le Wow triple battles grinding. I'm training three at a time using lvl 100's as the combatants. Its pretty quick, especially with animations turned off, moves that hit multiple opposing Pokemon, Lucky Eggs for the leveling up Pokemon, and EXP O-Power Level 3. The ones I'm training usually end up just shy of lvl 50.

One blissey battle takes you feom lv 1 to lv 50, the rotation/triple battle takes you from lv 1 to lv 40
