My girlfriend is playing her first ever play though of Pokemon Y.

Her favorite Pokemon is Manaphy.

I need a low level Manaphy so she can have it on her team. Hacked or not, it doesn't matter. (though, I'm pretty sure the only way to get a Manaphy that's around level 20 is to hack it)

Anyway, help a girl out. She loves the pokemon.
