How would I go about breeding in Gen III? I want to get a Clefable with Soft-boiled, and the only way to do that is through move tutor in FRLG. However, I'm planning on using it for competitive reasons, so it's going to need close to perfect stats. I've looked up guides, and they haven't helped much. How would I go about getting a penta-perfect Clefable in say Emerald or Fire Red? Is it possible?
