The attack is based in a sword technique named "Swallow flip" or something in that line. Every team out there took the "Swallow" part literally, and the fact that it was a Flying-Type attack.
It's supposed to be a quick and sharp hit from above and then another hit upwards that leaves the foe without any reaction span.
