Has anyone tried giving this item to Looker in the ORAS battle facility? Can this item even be transferred?

OP here. Thanks, that was bugging me and I was to lazy to fetch my other 3ds. sorry to disappoint but that's the only thing I had in mind. There has to be something that triggers the guy.

There isn't really any text in the data dump that indicates an event for him, right?

Still, I wonder why he's in if he doesn't have any relevance at all this time. Sure he got shoehorned into the other games too but at least he had something to do there.

Yeah.
I've even tried with the unbound one.

I haven't tried Hoopa while holding the souvenir though, maybe Looker comes from there.
