It was in my 3DS this morning, I swapped for Smash for an hour or so, and when I started Alpha Sapphire this came up.
I've never used powersaves and I didn't shut it off mid-save either.

Genned Pokémon don't do shit to the games save files unless you fuck up their creation. That's why you import them from gen 5 like a smart person instead of creating them directly to 3DS.

Never used powersaves or whatever, my sabe is perfectly fine, but i'd like to know: how does this happen?
