The next game, whether its called Delta/Z/X2/Y2, or something else, will work as a sequel to X/Y and OR/AS, wrapping up the plot about the Ultimate Weapon, and the mysteries of MegaEvolution, ect.
The Post-Game will re-introduce N, as he reffers to the fact that he finallly met his old friend, and needs your help with a new adventure. We will see the ultimate dragon.
The Musketeers will get a Post-Game quest too, and Keldeo will get the Deoxys treatment, and be made catchable in game due to this quest.
Hoenn will be accessible in some way or another,even if its just to go to the Battle Resort area with the constructed Battle Tower.
We also will be seeing a new Region (Strange Souvenier) with Shauna, but that may not be next game, but rather Gen 7.
