Seriously though, why couldn't they at least copypaste the X/Y outfits and boutiques? Even copypasting the hairstyles/hair colours shouldn't have been that hard.

Outfits have to be in the next main game. They just left them out because ORAS was a rushed side project made in one year based largely on XY assets.
